REGISTRATION POLICIES

Before you proceed to register for classes, please take a moment to read and familiarize yourself with this registration and cancellation policies.

Fees: Pre-registration is required for each course. Registration for CE (Continuing education) and COK (Core of Knowledge) classes must be received with full payment at least 10 business days prior to the start of the class in order to be guaranteed enrollment. Online registration made less than 10 days before the scheduled class cannot be guaranteed a seat and may not receive a confirmation notice. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed and is due and payable at the beginning of class. Registration for Pre-Service Courses must be received with full pay (including online registrations) ment no later than 21 days prior to the start of the class in order to be guaranteed enroment.   All Late registration must be paid for in CASH or MONEY ORDER only. Some class fees include lunch and are indicated where applicable. There is no refund or make-up for missed classes. There is a $10 fee for replacement certificates. Additional cost of course materials is indicated in the class listing where applicable.

There is a $35 charge for dishonored checks.

Cancellation
Cancellation requests received at least 10 business days before the scheduled class date will receive credit toward future training. Credit will be valid for up to 3 months after the original registration date. (Registration fees are non-refundable.) If course is canceled by Ayoco registrant will receive full credit toward future training of equal value for up to one year following the cancellation date.

Ayoco reserves the right, at its sole discretion to change course location, fees, and update, amend, add, or remove any portions of the schedule at any time without prior notice. In order to comply with CCA regulations, participants requesting Core of Knowledge or CEU certificates must arrive on time, remain for the duration of the class, and fulfill all requirements outlined in class by the facilitator. Late arrivals may participate, but will not receive a certificate. Oral or written assessment will be conducted at the conclusion of each session to ascertain compliance with the course requirements. (There will be no exceptions.) These training classes meet the Maryland State Continuing core of knowledge education requirements and are identified as follows:
